| Please be Mindful of Excessive Heat | |||
| Avoid potential health risks, exercise early or late in the day, drink plenty of fluids, stay indoors and watch the British Open, Le Tour de France or how about those Cardinals? Keep those pets watered down and in the conditioned air. | |||
| Security Notice | |||
| St. Albans Security has been noticed by other departments that a number of break-ins have occurred in the Chesterfield and Wildwood area. We all need to guard against this intrusive behavior by taking the necessary precautions of parking our vehicles inside when space permits and locking all exterior doors. Please close overhead garage doors. Security is on heightened alert and the Franklin County Sheriffs Department has been requested to make additional appearances in the St. Albans Development. | |||
| Please Avoid Excessive Speed | |||
| A variety of calls have been received at the development office in support of our ongoing warnings to inform all drivers that we all need to slow down and guard against potential accidents and unwanted anguish. Excessive speed in the development is not acceptable. Those calls have come from the residents who live on St. Andrews Drive, St. Georges Drive and Cedars Valley Road. Specific to that area are hidden driveways which are posted and the presence of children. I plead with all users of that area to please comply with the posted speed limits, slower when children are present. Please be cautious and on the alert for our children's safety. | |||
| Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions | |||
| Section 3.000 under the heading of Administration and therefore subgroup 3.170 calls out the need for approval to construct or add any outdoor ornamentation, driveways, flagpoles, fences, entry gates, walls, fountains, swimming pools and hot tubs. Please insure that proposed improvements are on your property and not on the private property of the developer or your neighbors. | |||
