History
In
the early 1920's one of St. Louis' most affluent families, The Johnsons,
searched far and wide for a setting with rolling hills, rich land and
majestic views. They found it at St. Albans. The family then commissioned
Theodore Link, the renowned architect of St. Louis Union Station, to
design a home worthy of the locale.
